inspection under Article 16 paragraph 2 of the Law, shall submit, without delay, to the Minister of Transport a report and an inspection record describing the following items. However, the inspection record shall be submitted to the Minister of Transport upon his request.
1. Report
(1)Name and Address;
(2)Identification number;
(3)Registration marks of the glider;
(4)Type, serial number, manufacturer, and date of manufacture of the glider;
(5)Name and address of the applicant for airworthiness certification;
(6)Date and place of inspection;
(7)Date of issuance of the airworthiness certificate and certificate number (only when airworthiness certification is performed under Article 10-(2) paragraph 1 of the Law);
2. Inspection record
(1)In the case of airworthiness inspection performed under the provisions of Article 10-(2) paragraph 1 of the Law;
(a)Matters relating to an inspection of materials, parts and subassembly;
(b)Matters relating to an internal inspection, final assembly inspection and flight test.
(2)In the case of inspection under the provisions of Article 16 paragraph 2 of the Law;
(a)Matters relating to a repair or alteration (accompanying design documents and design drawings thereof)
(b)Matters relating to an inspection of materials, parts and subassembly;
(c)Matters relating to final assembly inspection and flight test.
2. A copy of flight manual for the glider shall be accompanied by the report (namely, only the report related to airworthiness certification under Article 10-(2) paragraph 1 of the Law) under the preceding paragraph. However, the same shall not apply to any glider which has been certified under Article 10 paragraph 1 or Article 10-(2) paragraph 1 of the Law and no amendment has been made to the flight manual of the said glider.
3. When the airworthiness certification under Article 10-(2) paragraph 1 of the Law has been established for any type of glider different from that which was type certified under Article 12 paragraph 1 of the Law, design documents and design drawings of the said glider shall accompany the report under the preceding paragraph.
